How often do you change your baby using cloth diapers? Obviously right away if they poop. But in general Throughout the day and night how often will you change them?

They don’t keep them as dry as disposable diapers do so I’m curious. My daughter has been getting these little pimple looking red bumps. I change her no more than every two hours. Except at night. I usually double up on liners.

How do you all do it ? Does your baby get these bumps also? How do you get rid and prevent them ? I don’t know if it’s related to how hot it’s been or maybe I’m not changing her often enough.
