Please help: why the hell is my 7 month old waking up every 2 hours for a feed?!

You guys, I'm really going to jump off a cliff. I feel like I'm taking care of a newborn all over again. My sleep already isn't good as it is, but now it's worse because my LO is waking up every 2 hours for a feed. MAX 3 hours if I'm extra lucky. He used to sleep 5.5 or even sometimes 6 hours straight before waking up for a feed. Please help! I want to reduce night feedings soon, but how can I when he is wailing and screaming bloody murder in the other room?!?!?!? He's 7 months, does he still need night feedings?! (BTW I'm breastfeeding).
