Is Anyone Else Like This?

Does anyone else overthink stupid shit? Like, I have lower back pain and it hurts to lean forward and lean back. It’s mostly dull with little stabbing pains that are going from my back all the way round to my stomach. I’m googling things and freaking myself out as per 😂 Mom and my Grandma have arthritis so I’m thinking it may be that. When the pain gets bad, there’s heat.. As if it’s inflamed. Even sometimes I’ll have throbbing pains from my ankles to my feet. I literally need to stop googling because I’ll lose my mind.
