Emetaphobia
I can’t believe I’m even posting this because it’s so embarrassing!! I haven’t thrown up in 11 years.. I didn’t even puke when I was pregnant with my first child. I’m 6 weeks now and nausea is my new unwanted friend 🤢🙈 my husband keeps saying if I throw up then I’ll get over my fear of vomiting. It causes me so much anxiety and I had to cut down on anxiety meds since being pregnant. Anyone else in the same boat?
