So confused and anxious (please respond)

Okay so I got covid last month....and now my period is late by three days and I am so confused, I am sexually active but I didn’t have penetrative sex this last month, just play (grinding) dry humping that kinda stuff, I did notice that it seemed like I ovulated way later this month, probably because of the sickness, so it’s possible I’m not late at all and because I ovulated late, I will get my period late. I still took a test this morning with frer early result,(cd 30) because I’m a chronic worrier. And it was negative.

Anyway I’m still freaked out, what are yalls thoughts? Should I relax? Or could I still be pregnant?
