Missed 4 pills in week 3...

Hey ladies, so i missed 4 pills in week 3 of my pack(8/12-15) and my period started early because of it(8/17-20). I had unprotected sex on 8/22 and he came inside. I started my new pack on 8/23. I tend to get a yeast infection right before my period but I suddenly got a really bad one 2 days ago (9/1) and I'm not due to start my period until 9/14. I have had some lower abdominal tenderness but not super bad. I took a pregnancy test today but it was negative. Any thoughts on my chances of being pregnant?
