Hello beautiful mommies, I am just now finding this amazing group and I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Johanna and I found out I was pregnant when I was 19 and gave birth at 20 just last year and boy wasnt it a tough journey. When i found out at 20 weeks pregnant that my baby had gastroschisis I cried and cried and blamed myself for it. I thought I did something wrong, that I failed my baby. Than I gave birth the most beautiful baby girl at 36 weeks. After 15 painful hours I gave birth (vaginally) to my 4lb and 5 oz baby girl. A week after she was born they performed her closure surgery and after that it was just a waiting game to see if she would poop and feed. After 30days in the NICU she finally came home. She is now a year and 2 months and is the healthiest baby girl I know. ♥️ To all the mommies that are going through the same road stay strong and pray for your little warrior 🙏🏼
