Numbness and tingling arms and fingers
Is anyone experiencing numbness and tingling on arms and fingers when sleeping?
It has been intense and I haven’t been able to sleep that much. No matter what side I sleep on, both or my hands, and arms hurt.
I am 22 weeks and have experience it since I started my second trimester
