I’m confused !!

I had an ultrasound this morning because of some dark dark brown discharge. Doctor said she said she saw where the bleeding was coming from and it was something that won’t cause a miscarriage. Just stay off my feet and what not. My question is what am I looking at on this ultrasound ? 7 weeks 3 days and I’m usually good about telling what is what on ultrasounds, but this just looks weird to me.
