WTH Anus Pressure??

Question

So, this is my 3rd pregnancy but Ive never felt this type of pain at 29 weeks. I went to sleep, and was snoring away when I started feeling pressure from where my butthole is. Mind you Im still sleep!!! But starting to wake up from it. So I finally wake up in disbelief because it felt like a "hard poop" but I knew I didnt have to poo. I waited 15 mins for it to go away completely. Can anyone ANYONE tell me what this might have been?? I had no braxton hicks in my tummy, just my butt and tailbone. 😂

Im almost 18 and mine started like this first they told me it was sciatica and the tendonitis close to the rectum but what really was it was a perianal abscess.
Started with pressure around the rectum and then it went from rectum to the buttocks to the point I couldn’t sit not even at my bed, the pain will wake me up at night :( it’s been drained 2 times already and I just started to feel it again.
Today I was referred to a colorectal surgeon. I don’t think what you are going trough is the same but for you to be aware I’m case it develops of what describe since it took doctors 3 weeks to realize it was an abscess

I was having same pain last week I went in the hospital and I was having contractions 20 minutes apart. Good lock mama💗
