Iud removal and period 2 days later...

So I got my iud removed on Wednesday. It’d Friday and I woke up to spotting and cramping. My period wasn’t due until the 20th of September. Is it normal to have your period right after? I want to get pregnant. My app was saying I was in my fertile week so I was excited to hopefully get pregnant! 😭
