Could baby be coming sooner than expected ?

Hi ladies ! I’m 36 weeks tomorrow I’ll be 37weeks and Yesterday I was in a car accident. I was transferred to the emergency room, and they gave me a ultrasound saying that my baby is completely head down and was so low she is probably causing a lot of pressure. They transferred me from the emergency room to another hospital that had labor and delivery saying they wanted to monitor me for 4 hour’s. Upon me getting there and hooked up they said they were actually keeping me for 24 due to me having contractions as close as 2 minutes apart (I felt absolutely nothing) the contractions were picking up on the screen throughout the night but spaced out enough for them to be okay sending me home.

Do you think the baby may be trying to make her grand entrance a bit earlier? I’m due September 26th 2020
