11 days PP - bleeding/ discharge

Forgot to take a photo. I am 11 days PP after having my first via emergency c section. Today I felt a couple of gushes and when I went to the bathroom I had bled everywhere. There were no clots. It was a mix of blood, tissue and discharge but it was a lot. After I cleaned everything up, it had stopped and has gone back to the normal bleeding/ discharge I was having before which wouldn't fill a pad in a day. Did anyone else have this before? Does this sound normal? I am just so scared of busting a stitch or haemorraging.
