Painful cramps but no period
Has anyone else experienced this? For the past several months I’ve been feeling sharp, incredibly painful cramps that come and go almost like pregnancy contractions. They happen randomly even when it’s NOT my time of the month. They also only seem to happen on my left side. I know I’m not pregnant because I have the copper IUD, and I still get my period every month. I’m hoping it’s not something serious like a cyst or tumor in my uterus. Please help!
