Am I pregnant? Do I have a fibroid?

I’m pretty sure I got my period last week but my lower abdomen (I wanna say my uterus) feels really hard and I have swollen lymph’s nodes. Could it be cancer? I’m scared. Please help

When I had fibroids (had them laparoscopically removed), my lower abdomen felt very hard like I had done 1,000 sit-ups, and had extreme pain. But only an ultrasound will confirm. You should see your doctor.

The only way to diagnose a fibroid is with an ultrasound. I have two large fibroids the size of tennis ball and I can’t feel them in any way whatsoever when I touch my uterus.

We don’t know. Could just be from your period. Your not pregnant though.
