Two periods in one month????

So I got my period on the 13th of August and it ended on the 17th and recently on sept 1st I realized that I was bleeding during sex now I didn’t have much thought into it because it was rough sex 😅 but we stopped and when I went to the bathroom I realized it was too much blood so I’ve been bleeding all the way up to today and I’m just worried that there could be something wrong?? What should I do???
