Bleeding on progesterone (PIC)

I know I posted about this 2 days ago. I’m almost 6 weeks pregnant and I’m on 200mg vaginal progesterone pills. I had light pink spotting 2 days ago. I called my ob office, they confirmed it was normal. Then last night I took my progesterone and laid down for 30 minutes. I got up to go to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a lot of red blood. I’m still bleeding, but it seems to be tapering off but I’m also noticing brown sticky stuff (old blood?)

I’m terrified of taking anymore progesterone but I know I have to. Should I call the after hours nurse? I just want to make sure everything is okay or to have them confirm the worst. :(
