Midwives Brew

Im 40 weeks and 1 day...

Took it at 8am, wish me luck...

(I was having contractions for the better part of last night that fizzled out and I was able to fall asleep)...

12p update- contractions started approx 2 hrs after taking the brew, they werent timeable and probably 20-30 min apart- very bearable

They have picked up in intensity / frequency in the past half hour or so

Hoping this is it....

5pm update

Well still having these contractions but they are bearable and not lasting more than 45 seconds and anywhere from 4-10 minutes apart so not consistent yet enough to make me want to go to my birthing center.

When I had my 1st 3 yrs ago, it happened very quickly so this is def a change
