bump on head

so i have this random bump on my forehead, it appeared suddenly like 2 days ago. it doesn’t have a head so i don’t think it’s a pimple..? any suggestions on what it is/how to get rid of it!! it’s kind of hard to tell from a picture but it’s red and sticks out
