Does vitex count as a artificial cycle? I took it one month to help start my period. I have a doctors appointment for irregular periods and I was wondering if I count that as a period to the doctor

It still counts as a cycle- but I think you should mention to your doctor that you used the supplement due to irregular cycles

Vitex promotes a real cycle, unlike BC. It’s all your natural hormones your body makes. If they are irregular I’d stay on vitex for 10 months then wean off of it. It only helps if you take it ￼ continuously.
