Another weird question with TMI lol

Sorry for all the weird questions, but I’m a FTM so curious. I have had diarrhea for the past couple days but haven’t eaten anything to make my stomach upset. I went to the bathroom and had diarrhea and then felt something plop from the front lol. It kinda felt like when you’re on you’re on your period and pass a blood clot. But I couldn’t see what it was because of the diarrhea. Anyone have any ideas on what it could be? When I went to the doctor last Wednesday she did a cervix check and she said I was one fingertip and she could feel the baby’s head
