Spotting after chemical

So I was told I was most likely having a chemical pregnancy because I got a positive test and then negatives. And then another positive and then followed by now negatives.

I am 2 days late for my period, and I just started very lightly spotting tonight. It doesn't look normal though, it's extremely light for what I have expected.

I also have really bad cramping in my back and my right side.

Is this normal or should I be concerned? I have a picture of the light spotting below.
