Nursing & meds
So my allergies are slowly killing me. I’m talking my sinuses hurt so bad it’s making my teeth hurt. I’ve never taken meds while nursing (just personal preference) but I’m beyond miserable at this point. I’m scared taking anything will mess with my supply... but I’m on the fence of desperation here. What allergy meds do you take & did it effect your supply? I’m been doing saline nasal spray & humidifier but that hasn’t done anything.
