Anyone else have vivid miscarriage dreams?

I had one right around 6 weeks where I go to the bathroom and my baby falls out and I can see it in my hand - it looked exactly like what the nurture app said it would look like.

Then last night at almost 10 weeks I had the exact same dream- I even saw the little fingers and little toes. I think I’ve probably seen too many graphic photos on community boards and my anxiety is peaked. I don’t get another ultrasound until next Monday and I’m too early to use a home Doppler. Anyone else having nightmares?
