I’m confused weird period.

My period supposed to come on Tuesday but it came 3 days early which was on Saturday. Actually on Saturday it was tiny spotting as wiped when I used the bathroom there was nothing on the pad .now today is Sunday I don’t have a flow, I only see blood when I wiped after I used the bathroom again , a pinkish color.The pad don’t really have blood but I took pregnancy test early Sunday morning around midnight , I didn’t really see a line but today when o woke I checked I got this. So the picture is a little blurry.
