5wk 6days ultrasound only gestational sac & yolk sac

I went to the Triage today for sev cramping and sev nausea & vomitting for days now (have history of miscarriage)

My hcg is now 7197 (still doubling but every 3 days now)

And my ultrasound only showed gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole or heartbeat

Triage OB felt that I was maybe early 5wks vs 6weeks tomorrow, which is very possible

He recommended another ultrasound in a week and my OB has one already scheduled

Anyone have this happen to them and follow week heartbeat & fetal pole there?
