Blood at 8w6d

Yesterday, I saw a big stain of blood in my underwear. I put on a pad and ran to ER while I was still seeing more blood on the toilet paper.

They did an ultrasound and showed me a perfectly healthy baby. The blood had stopped by that time, and there was tiny amounts of dark orange spotting.

By night, it completely stopped. All I see today is brown spotting on toilet paper ( and only when I dig in to find it)

Here are the pics of the pad when I was bleeding (that's all the amount there was), and the only big amount of brown spotting that I had today.

I didn't get any pains or cramps.

Wondering if anyone knows what this could mean? Or if someone has been through something similar?
