Does anyone else have weird pain in their vagina ?

Hi! So I’m pretty worried and my anxiety is getting to me, which is causing me to think I may be infertile and that makes me extremely sad. I’m 18 and in college, I lost my virginity to my ex a year ago and after that my periods have been pretty irregular. coming two weeks early or a little later. I still get them every month but it’s not the same. I sometimes also get weird pain on my right side of my vagina and sometimes get abdominal pain but also a lot of times I do not! So I’m not sure how to explain it, I’m worried I could have endometriosis though I don’t have symptoms every day or month. Idk if anyone has every felt the Same? I know I should go to my physician but I need to get money saved up for that first but for now I’m not sure what to do, I have always been scared to be infertile so I’m crying this could be true I really hope it’s not! Also is it possible to have pain all throughout your cycle sometimes? I don’t have any other symptoms or pain besides that Please help thank you!
