2ww leaking colostrum???

So my period is due in 3 days, I haven’t had any positive tests so far. I stopped nursing my daughter about 8 months ago and my breasts completely dried up (nothing when squeezed). I just took a shower and they hurt so I squeezed and a few drops of colostrum came out? I’m sure it was colostrum, I remember from my daughter. It was yellow and sticky. Has this happened in early pregnancy to anyone else? Or any other reason?
