Pacifier dependant

My 8 week old has been eating less. She goes longer without wanting to feed and when she does she will only feed (breast milk) a portion of what she usually does. She will only calm down when she has a pacifier in her mouth, it seems to me she doesn’t want to feed and just suck on her pacifier. I’ve tried breastfeeding her directly from my breast but she begins to fuzz a lot arms and legs going crazy, I’ve tried bottle feeding her same reaction... she will only calm down with a pacifier.. I’m getting worried she’s not eating enough because she wants to suckle on her pacifier?

I don’t believe she might have an infection since her appetite has gone down, she doesn’t have any symptoms and poop is normal. Any suggestions? I am taking baby to her doctors but in a week, has anyone gone through this? I’m really worried
