Endometriosis

I had a pelvic ultrasound last week where they found a cyst which they think is caused by endometriosis so I’m now being referred to a gynaecologist for further investigation. We’ve been TTC for a year and although I suspected I had endo, I just really hoped it wouldn’t be the case. Have any of you ladies been diagnosed with this and gone on to fall pregnant? I know I need other tests to confirm, but I’ve read it can cause infertility so now I’m worried my chances of having a baby are very slim.
