July 2020 baby sleep help!

My 6 week baby will not sleep well unless she is held. Thankfully she’ll do one long stretch in the bassinet at night but during the day she refuses to be put down. Anyone else experiencing this? Does this seem normal? We have tried to set up a routine for nap time but it ends up us spending 2 hours to get her to sleep on her own in the bassinet. I know she needs to get used to it but I have two others (who were not like this at all) so I can’t spend that much time getting her to nap during the week. Any advice or words of encouragement?
