No symptoms

So for about 2 days I’ve had no morning sickness still a little very little tender breast but before they were so painful and now it’s like not even there. I have the fetal Doppler and have the hardest time using it. I saw yt videos and I may have heard maybe not I can’t tell. I saw the baby when I was 11 weeks and 6 days and everything was perfect. But they didn’t let me hear the heartbeat since they don’t do that in the first trimester all I got was how many beats which was 157. I’m 12 weeks and 3 days today and idk maybe I’m over thing it since I have been really emotional the past few days but I just wanna be sure everything’s ok. Anyone have this before?
