Ways to get water to break
So my ob said he wont do my c section until 39 weeks even tho I've been having high bp very bad asthma and a high BMI he said if I'd like to start trying to go into labor start at 36 weeks but I have no clue how to do that I had a c section at 37 weeks with my first so I k ow nothing about water breaking any tips
