Can you keep a secret?

I work at JCPennys a closing store. Our jewelry is 75% off. Yesterday we went to check it out and, got a ring that was almost 4k for $423, with my discount. We'll be together 12 years next month we have one child together (6mon) and I have a 14 year old he raised as his own. I had a REALLY bad car accident that left me with a TBI 5 1/2 years ago. I had to learn how to read/write and basically walk again. I also had little control over my bladder. I had seizures and a slew of other problems. He stayed with me. We plan getting married soon then I can show my family the ring till then it's a secret.
