Waking up baby?

Do you wake your baby up if they are sleeping for more than 2 hours during the day for there nap ? If you do does it help your baby sleep better at night ?

I feed my 7 week-old every 2-3 hours during the day. I wake him up if he is asleep or take him if he is cuddling someone else or whatever. He is currently sleeping 6-7 hours in a stretch every night.

Some of her naps aren’t even 2 hrs long. If they are I still don’t wake her up. She sleeps pretty good at night

Yep. Does it help in any given day? Probably not. But over all I think it makes a difference!

My daughter never naps 2 hours during the day anyway but if she did I would wake her. My son didn't start longer naps until he was like a year old and I had to wake him or he wouldn't sleep at night.
