Normal behavior?

My baby is about to be 10 months and I feel like this is normal behavior but I’m not around any other baby’s to know? He will slap people over and over again, throw himself around, growl, scream, bite, pull hair, and head butt. Does this sound normal? Will he grow out of it or do I need to do something to stop him? I tell him not to do what he does but I don’t think he understands what I mean.
