Mucus plug??

I was just in the hospital for almost 3 days due to contractions, dilation and preterm labor as I’m 31 weeks with twins. I just noticed this in my underwear. It’s mucus and it’s tinged. Please let me know if this is part of my mucus plug

Usually it would be a lot more, but since you were already hospitalized I’d give L&D a call and see what they’d like you to do
