Scalp Psoriasis

I have scalp psoriasis really bad. I've had it for years. I had been using Clobetasol 0.05% solution and Ketoconazole 2% shampoo for it. I'm almost 8 weeks pregnant and my dermatologist said they are both safe to use while pregnant. However, everything on the internet says not to use them. They are low dose but I'm still concerned. My psoriasis is so bad I have to use them frequently. Anyone have any experience using these while pregnant? I'm going to ask my OB too.

With my last pregnancy I didn't use anything and it was a nightmare, it was awful. I will do that again if I have to but damn.

By the way psoriasis sucks. No matter what I do it never goes away. After using medication I can get maybe 2 weeks of relief but it comes right back. I've even had to cut my long hair short to get the medicine on it. ☹️
