Do inversion tables hurt you?
So if you dont know what an inversion table is, its a thing you get in that basically hangs you upside down by your feet so that you can get relief from back pain, like it relieves all the pressure in your back. Just google it. It’s not as bad as it sounds.

That would be great besides the fact that when I get in it, one of my ankles feels like its going to be ripped off.
This ankle is fine nothing is wrong, i think it’s just to weak, and yes the inversion table is being used correctly. I an not.. I guess you would call it clamping? I am not clamping my feet too tight. Anyone else unable to use inversion tables?
