I think I just had my first miscarriage💔. Within a day of getting a positive test i started to bleed and cramp as if I were on my period. Im trying to be strong and tell myself god makes no mistakes, but I still don’t understand why. It hasn’t been confirmed by a doctor yet but I feel there’s no need to make an appointment and to just let nature takes its course😥.
