False labor pains

31 weeks & 5 days today, early this morning I think I was experiencing false labor pains. Although it wasn’t unbearable it definitely wasn’t comfortable either. Literally shocks in my uterus and throughout my stomach , which ended up cramping up my back. They were 10 minutes apart each. And I only had 3 total. So 30 minutes worth of these shocks in my uterus , tight chest pains, and small cramping on the right side of my stomach. Considering I only have about 9 weeks to go doesn’t surprise me that I’m starting to experience false labor pains, but is there anything I can do to ease the tension in my muscles and body.
