When did you start shopping for baby?

When did you start shopping for baby? (Or when should you have everything ready for baby?)

Not til the very end. Like 36 weeks both times

I started buying a few clothes before I even conceived like from TJ Maxx and Marshall’s so it was inexpensive and you probably wouldn’t find it again. 
We bought the car seat and travel system on a good sale right after finding out, and then we bought some things here and there as far as clothing and books, but the next big thing we bought was the crib at 20 weeks. The dresser we bought around 24/25 but then we had to return it because it broke while building it so we are waiting to order a new one so we’re still waiting on that. Other than the rocker we are done lol. We have a shower on the 3rd so we are just going to see if we still need anything. We’ve bought boxes of diapers and wipes each month in preparation so we aren’t worried. We have clothes through buying as well as some hand me downs so we will need NB clothes but we do have some as well as 0-3 so we will be okay but will definitely need to buy a few more to be safe. My sister has a swing/bouncer combo she’s giving us and we got a play pen second hand so we’re pretty much ready. It’s just not all put together yet lol.

We haven’t really shopped because people have given us EVERYTHING but we started accepting stuff around 20 weeks. I’m 33 weeks now and have everything we need except for baby bath supplies which I will probably get tomorrow at a baby shower

I started getting things ready early and decided to have everything ready ready before 35 weeks.

With the first I had the nursery done for the most part by 30 weeks. I wanted it done by then in case baby came early and then anything extra that wasn’t necessary for baby we slowly collected after that!

I started when o found out the gender. Which was at 12weeks . I did a blood test at 10weeks.

With my first I started shopping once I found out the gender (at 20 weeks). By 36 weeks I had everything I needed and organized 
Currently pregnant with #2 and I’m 26 weeks. I’ve bought some stuff but I plan on having everything ready around 36 weeks as well
