No pregnancy symptoms at all

I am 12 weeks pregnant and have my first scan tomorrow. At around 8 weeks I was sick three times over two days. Apart from that sickness I have absolutely no symptoms. Has anyone else experienced this? It worries me a little as I had a lot of complications with my son. I’ve had nothing to indicate that something could be wrong, like bleeding or pain. Maybe I’m overthinking but are there any other woman who haven’t had any symptoms? 😊
