How long can I wait before I tell work...

What is the longest I can wait before telling anyone at work about my pregnancy without having them be upset that I waited too long? Normally I would assume people say something when they can’t hide it anymore, but my work has switched to working remotely until June 2021.

My husband and I had a loss at the beginning of the year that was devastating... not wanting to tell anyone about this pregnancy is less about a fear of my boss/work’s reaction to it and more about my anxiety of telling people and potentially having another loss...
