All moms who have more than one child, how was labor the second time? My first labor was approximately 4 hours and I pushed my baby out within a few minutes. I’m 31 weeks now wondering how this time will be. By the time I got to the hospital I was 9cm and my water didn’t break. I was sitting in the bed thinking I was having bad cramps but really having contractions.

My labor was 1 hour quicker than the first. 6 hours from home to hospital with my first and 5 hours with my second.

My first labor was over 30 hours. Almost 4 hours of pushing. He was 10lb 1.4oz so it was a hard labor and delivery.
My second labor i went in to be induced a week early due to first baby being so big and it was around 12 hours (took a while to get started since I opted to only use pitocin to kick start my labor) with about 5 minutes of pushing. (8lb 9oz baby).

My first was less than 5.5 hrs so I’m curious and anxious as to how quick this one could be in a few months

My first labor was 2.5 hours.
My second labor was 1 hour 45 minutes. Got to the hospital at 7cm and had baby 20 minutes later. Second labor may have been shorter but it was far more intense and painful.

My first I was induced. My second I woke to contractions walked around or about an hour. Got to hospital and was 6cm. It was about 5 hours after I got to the hospital. But a lot easier than the first. I’m hoping this time my water breaks at home. Although I know that’s when things get real, I just want the experience.

My first labor was 2 hours and my second I had to be induced, it was 5 hours and so much harder 😭 I still only pushed a couple of times but the contraction's were so intense after the third hour

My labors get easier and easier..for instance I know when my water breaks I have about 20 minutes to get to where I need to be 😭🤦🏽‍♀️🤣🤣🤣
