Heavy bleeding

So I just found out that I’m pregnant on Sunday and I’ve started bleeding on Monday 😔 I went to the ER and they did blood tests that shows I’m pregnant but my hcg level is low the dr said that it could be that it’s a very early pregnancy or the alternative that I’m miscarrying and to follow up with my dr, so tomorrow I take another blood test at my drs to see if my hca levels are going up Im soo nervous this has been an emotional roller coaster I’ve been crying bc I want my baby even tho it was a surprise for us we wanted our baby and to know that I am possibly losing it is heartbreaking. Has anyone else had this happen and have a successful pregnancy? Holding on to anything at this point
