I’m 15 weeks and been battling a large one since 6 weeks. Some days it’s enough old dark blood to fill a thin pad, sometimes just spotting when wiping, and occasionally some tiny clots or stringy blood like your pic looks. Baby is still fine so far. Just tell your dr so they can keep checking baby extra.

That's a clot which can be normal when you have a subcoronic hematoma. Just let you Dr know tomorrow
