Lower back cramps in third trimester
I am 31 weeks and I have been having lower back cramping on and off today. Is this a normal thing? I have an appointment with the midwife this afternoon, but I'm just wondering if this is another one of those things I get worked up about but then just find out it's a normal part of pregnancy?
