I could really use some encouragement right now please

Just took these 30 min ago and I’m freaking out. I just had my first baby 12 months ago. This was NOT the plan. I’m on birth control pills and use condoms. How the hell did this happen. I love being a mom so so so much but I am terrified of having another baby so soon. I could really use some encouraging words right now please
